Monika Worsley’s journey as a lawyer spans more than 23 years, although her passion for the law began well before law school. During and after her college years at New Mexico State University, Monika worked as a legal secretary, where she assisted exceptional attorneys and absorbed valuable insight on client care. Monika went on to attend Southern Methodist University School of Law, where she graduated with a Doctorate in Jurisprudence in 2000. Monika began her career practicing litigation and general civil law before moving on to practice estate planning and probate law.
As an attorney, Monika enjoys working closely with her clients to create an estate plan that encompasses their unique family structure, plans, and goals. Good communication is essential to her representation, and she prides herself on listening carefully to her clients and empowering them with knowledge throughout the process.
Beyond her legal endeavors, Monika has deep connections within the Fort Worth community, having dedicated over two decades of volunteer work to various charitable organizations. When she’s not immersed in her legal practice, Monika cherishes quality time with her pediatrician husband, their two young adult children, and their large and loving extended family. Her personal interests span a wide range, including traveling, reading, playing with her dogs, musical theatre, and exploring her creativity with crafts and projects.
